Pricing Policy

At MyEventGateway, we have customised pricing according to the services rendered by us.

For participants, the pricing would typically vary from one event to another. The pricing and discounts are provided by the organizer.

The organizers will be charged for using our event hosting and/or registration facilities. They may also avail the on-site management features offered by our mobile apps. We are however, committed to offering you the best possible prices. The details are provided to you beforehand.

Event hosting fee for Paid Events* (% of amount collected) 8% + 18% GST (This includes payment gateway charges)
Event hosting fee for Unpaid Events INR 1000/event + 18% GST
On-site event management using Mobile Apps INR 9000/event + 18% GST
Exhibition Stall Sales ( % of amount collected) 8% + 18% GST (This includes payment gateway charges)
Premium Events INR 5000/event + 18% GST (This is for a 7 day period)

*For paid events, no fees is charged towards event creation.

For each event a maximum of 1000 emails and notifications are allowed to be sent. To be able to send more emails, the organizer has to buy a pack of 1000 emails at the cost of INR 500 + 18% GST.

Schedule of payment –

Some of our services can be utilised for fixed durations. In such cases, it is clearly mentioned within the description of these services. The period of usage in these cases vary from 1 week to 1 year.

Reports –

Organizers can access registration status of their events in real-time including financial details.
